[0.15.7] Inserters are a tiny bit slower moving items up

I was testing inserter throughput by making an inserter move items from one wooden box to another, and discovered that orientation of inserter is important.
For example, a fast inserter with no stack bonus seems to take 26 ticks to move one item from left to right, from right to left, or from up to down, but 27 ticks when moving items from down to up.
Attached is a save I made to demonstrate this behavior. Four fast inserters with different orientation are activated together for a period of time using a red wire, and the inserter facing up manages to move less items than three others.
