untranslatable string (not present on crowdin)

Hello,

I found 2 others hard code string on 'L' GUI (not present on crowdin for translation) :

It's taking the name of the "grass" tile name translation which in 0.15.10 is "Herbe" and that's what it shows: http://imgur.com/a/uzxSs

I've fixed the network/cells strings for the next version of 0.15.

You're right. It's a mod who had changed the description.
Thank for the 2 others translations.
