[.15.5] Beacons don't show area of effect

Hi!
-what was expected: When building Labs, Electric Furnaces, Miners and Pumpjacks near beacons the area of effect should be displayed, like when placing assembling machines, chemical plants and oil refineries.
-what happens: The area of effect is not displayed.
