Are the prod researches multiplicative or additive with prod modules?

If I have 20% mining productivity researched, and add in 2 prod3 modules, will I have 40% extra productivity? Or 44%?

Also, does anybody know how much the mining productivity research cost increases per level? Lvl 16 is 1500 of each, does it go up by 100 of each pack per level after that?

Level 17 is 16K, level 18 is 17K.

Mining productivity bonus in combination with productivity modules is additive.

You'll have 40% extra productivity.

Yes, the formula for productivity bonus levels >= 16 is 100 * (level-1).
