Entity temperature and burnt_inventory

Having at the very least read access to the temperature of reactors and heat exchangers would be very useful.

For completion's sake it seems like it would also be a good idea to have a LuaEntity.get_burnt_inventory() function.

Added for the next version of 0.15.
