I did not test this extensively yet, but it seems that side-loading underground belts no longer priorizes the inserters, rendering the "underground belt compression trick" ineffective.

It would be nice to clarify wether this was an intended change, or is some kind of bug.

Nothing has changed with underground belts in 0.15 except adding support for fast-replacing both sides so it still works as 0.13 and 0.14.
