Electricity grid and pollution isn't shown in zoomed in map view.
It should be shown in the area without radar.

And trains.

The zoomed-to-world view doesn't render any overlays - that's by design.

As for trains you can see the tracks because you know they are there, you can't see the train because you don't know if it is there. Add a radar

Makes no sense that you can see overlays like trains one zoom stage out of zoomed-to-world view but, not in zoomed-to-world view.
Perhaps it makes sense from design perspective, but for players it feels like a bug when closer zoom levels suddenly show less information.
