Dashes/hyphens/minus signs are not visible in the save name textbox, station rename textbox, arithmetic combinator dropdown menus, and network condition textboxes. They're probably not visible in other places as well, but these are the obvious examples.

What locale are you using? Because they're visible for me: http://imgur.com/a/x2FV7

It's visible in the save list, just not in the save input textbox (or any other textbox). My locale is "Default."

Is there anything special about your setup? Perhaps Linux/Mac/some older graphics card/drivers?

I'm on Windows 10 with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti. Although not entirely unusual, "special" is certainly a word one might use to describe Windows 10 at times. And, due to some issues with other games on updating, I'm using Nvidia's driver version 376.53.

Oh! And, I'm running the game through a ModMyFactory shortcut. Before I started using mods, I didn't use ModMyFactory to manage Factorio versions. And, at that time, the hyphens were visible.

I have noticed this issue when running in windowed mode not maximized with GUI scale set to system default on 1920x1080 resolution. Latest Nvida drivers Win 7.

Increasing the size of the window beyond some point causes the dashes to show back up. Probably just something to do with font scaling

Side note this was also present in .14x and possibly before

I'm running full screen at 1366x768 with 85% UI scale.

If you bump your ui scale up do the dashes show up?

Yep, that solved it! At 87% UI scale, they come back everywhere.
