[15.3]Capability to place rails out of reach without bots.

Short story:
Found a cool little railway exploit that I thought you should know about
Long story:
So, while placing rails I went into map zoom feature to look out and path the train, while doing this i realized that while placing rails and in map to world zoom, you can place rails endlessly without being within reach.
In the Image below, if you look above the first bend (top right) you can barely make out my character avatar, very far away from where the rails are being placed.
Place a rail normally.
Click the rail to place more off of it.
Go to map and zoom in.
Place rails endlessly and without reach limitations.
