Possibly very minor but teleporting train carriages (wagons, railtankers, locomotives) will move the trains collision box. If the train is in automatic mode the collision box moves back to where it is supposed to be when the train changes state.

I spose the expected outcome would be to not be able to teleport train carriages.

Teleporting train stations also keeps them "connected" to the track even if you move them away.

We have enough trouble with just moving trains, we are not prepared to deal with teleporting them
As you said, it will be disabled in 0.15.7
