[0.15.2] 'Bug' while playing multiplayer

Hee guys,
a friend and myself tried to play multiplayer on LAN and then the wave defence game. However, we kept running into Server Connection issues.
We both had decent connection to the internet and tried to run via LAN and a over the general internet.
We think this is a bug.. because we have played over LAN before and we didnt run into these kind of problems. Do you guys experience this as well?
