Fix the duration of beam entities

Problem:
Beam entities, like destroyer's beam and discharge defense equipment's beam, are not displayed once their targets are dead.
If a beam one shot its target, the beam will not be visible at all.
Suggestion:
If the target entity is dead, the beam stores the last target position and remains visible until its original lifetime expires.
By the way, why not implement Klonan's laser beam turret to vanilla?
