[0.15.2] Pollution on Map not toggled by Alt key

On the map, pollution can be toggled on and off with the Alt key, but ONLY after clicking on the pollution Icon (at the top right) at least once.

We changed the behavior of Alt key on map. If you enable some of the first four overlays, Alt will toggle them off and next Alt press will toggle them back on.
Based on this report, I changed it for 0.15.3 so that pollution overlay defaults to enabled, so the first Alt press will toggle it on, instead of doing nothing.
