So I ran into a problem after updating factorio to 0.15.2 on steam and that is everytime I try to open factorio it says I'm in the game for about 2-5 seconds and then it says I'm out of the game again, it never really opens the game. Any suggestions on what to do here? XD

I've tried opting out of beta and back to 0.15.x
I've tried opting into 0.15.2
I've tried to uninstall and install the game again.
I've tried to update my GPU drivers


System: I7 4770, gtx 1070, 16gb DDR3 ram, and factorio is on an ssd.
OS: Windows 10 64bit

If you are using Razer Synapse then close it (killing the process might be further required).
If you are using Trend Micro AV/Security then see this thread.
Otherwise what AV/Security have you installed and do you use any other gaming-related third-party software (OSD screens, overclocking utilities)?

Well killing razer synapse fixed it... XD
