[15.1] Doodads not removed when placing curved rail

The game doen's delete small plants when placing curved rails(manual or bot). Plants get cleared when placing rects and diagonal rails.

This is due to the collision boxes of the curved rails being, not ideal,
As such this issue has no easy or simple solution at this time,
So i will move this to known issues
