Import a 0.14 savegame with all the blueprints in it. TOo bad if that means you have to downgrade. But maybe its possible to make a blueprint importer mod to work?

You can just drag and drop blueprints or blueprint books into the new interface. Despite the "Shared blueprints" labeling on the left side, you need to drag them to the right half of the interface to make them available in all games. Not sure if that's a goof or if I am misunderstanding something... seems pretty odd.
Edit: (The new blueprint interface is the left most icon above your mini-map.)

Thank you - I didn't thought of that way - a little odd anyway.

The library needs some finetuning. On the left you have so called split blueprints where filter sais "all / game blueprint" and wtf does that mean lol. But actually on the right are the blueprints that are available in all games as far i know.
