Couple questions about 0.15 Maybe More Feedback?

Achievements in Custom Scenarios: Can it be cheated enabled? I always and I mean always play MP With my friends. We have always used commands to set our own forces but now we were so happy to hear about 15 having new features and such. I never thought of the Achievements issue would end up being an issue and of course to play the PvP Scenario you end up getting a error not playing in freeplay. Is there a way even to cheat to override this? I mean this the part I always got confused and disliked because I can take a tool and get 100% in 2 second the same tool I used to in fact clear my Achievements in the past so I can earn them again.
PvP Scenario on separate teams at least via the /evolution command we found that we all had the same evolution. But I kept hearing per force evolution. Not sure if this a bug or that is the level.dat evolution but there is a per player one (not sure how to see it).
For the PvP Scenario is there any way to make it so when you start 2k away you don't have 2k+ away biter spawns. Like if you were to have started at the spawn? It's a bit rough and even unplayable for many people.
Rail Preset: Why you playing with the expansion stuff. We never did that with RSO. Pretty much further out resources and thinner bitters.
Death World Preset: April 1st is over. Due to Community Created copyright claims can you put this back to an actual death world lol..
In the end the real care is forcing Achievements on and playing PvP Map without breaking everything but making enjoyable so you don't have wall to wall biters outside of your starting spot.
