[0.15.1][Twinsen] Pressing ESC when connecting a game won't stop it

Pressing ESC when connecting to a game does not stop Factorio from connecting to the game. It simply opens the main menu dialog again on top of the loading bar.

This is not new, has been reported before and was considered working as intended, can not find the report though.

Surely opening the menu while loading can't be considered "working as intended"?
