So I have been debating on starting a campaign with one of these mods. Would like to hear a discussion of the pro's and cons of them both. Start....

My input to this thread is wait before few weeks after 0.15 release. Thsoe are big mods. Both with deciding and listening to answers. Seems obvious, but imput is intput.

Yuoki, is mainly new recipes with vanilla, you can finish a game without using yuoki recipe, it's only a bonus. It doesn't have a tech progression, you have everything from the start. sprite are good, specially the new trains ones.
Bob, replace vanilla recipe with it's own. You need to use bob's recipe to finish the game. You have to progress through research to unlock things. You can play with part of the mod you want, you don't need all bob's mod to play. Sprite are just ok. not bad but not good either.

If you want a game that is so complex that no possible way to organize a non-spaghettified logistics system exists, use Bobs with Angels.
This is my modpack:

Although I have 200 MB in just mods. It's been performance optimized for multiplayer and stress tested until all the mods with netcode problems were removed.
I'm cheesing it a bit by using factorissimo 2, which allows me to build factories within factories within factories within factories within factories, it saves me a lot of headache with the belt spagetthi. It also allows me to compress a several hundred tile nuclear fuel refinery into a tiny building.

Bob's (and Angel's, which I recommend with Bob's) mods try to be somewhat realistic. Materials are real and many recipes and processes are simplified versions of real ones. Youki seem to be purely fictive and even more complex. But I am not sure if it just feels more complex because huge number of Bob's and Angel's recipes can be handled much more easily if you have basic knowledge of chemistry and industrial processes.
