Which usage has the property "Mining power" the drills have? Everything else is self-explanatory.
I could not find some information in the forums nor in the wiki.

Resources have a mining hardness, the speed at which they produce goes something like this

(Mining power - Mining hardness) * Speed / Mining Time = production rate (in resource/s)

Mining power + speed are functions of the miner and hardness + time are functions of the mineral.
Electric miners produce coal/iron/copper at a rate of 0.28/s, electric miners at 0.525/s
Stone at a rate of .3675/s & .65/s for coal and electric.

Someone with an account on the wiki should be able to add the formula on the relevant pages.
