Looks like 4 spot-lights, each facing a different direction. Or as Koub put it: A lamp. 
Has to be from a mod, because that's not a vanilla object.

Given how grainy/low res that image is, it could be a Fast inserter aligned to feed from top assembler to bottom one (which would be pointless because both assemblers are using the same recipe).Koub wrote:The lamp ?

It is a lamp but it's the old lamp from before 0.12

I doubt it is a lamp - see here many more of these unknown species - also seen in between the red circuits.
