Easy self-regulating system of resource gathering

The main rules are as follows. The train waits at the main station, while the loading stations will produce in the total amount the necessary minimum amount of resources. Each loading station also has its own individual minimum volume, after which it can send a signal about the amount of the resource to the network. This is done in order not to drive the train over trifles. The permission to open the loading station is obtained after fulfilling two rules 1- individual production volume is produced. 2 - the train is located at the main station. This is done so that there is no recursion
If the loading station has gained the required volume, and the train is already on the way, then the station will not open
There are no mods. Most of the combinators have been replaced by relays based on conveyors
