4-4 Balancer w/ Throughput Bar

I made a unique little throughput graph next to a 4-4 Balancer. Original circuit is not mine, something I found on YouTube. So i cant take responsibility for the entire circuit. I made one alteration to it by adding an AC right after the belt pulses to take whatever signal and convert it to an I signal. So it can be widely used for any item and does not take a lot to configure. To initiate the memory cell, the CC connected to it in each blueprint can be turned off or removed from the circuit.
Signals :
T - Timer (Set for 300 ticks) 5 seconds
M - Memory Cell Signal
I - Item count per 5 seconds
Turn this CC off or completely remove it for the Memory Cell to activate

Break Out of Circuit

Red Block is the Clock Circuit CC {T=1} | DC {T<300} Out {T input count}
Cyan Block converts any item input to I and counts DC {T<300} Out {I Input count}
Memory Cell to keep what the count was until it is reset again Top DC {M < 2} Out {everything input count} || Bottom DC {M = 1} Out {everything input count}
