[0.14.22] Mod list too high; hides 'install' button.

If I reeeally stretch the window vertically, a few buttons along the lines of 'install' come in to view at the bottom, below 'currently downloading nothing'. I think they should be on the screen when the window is normal sized.
Every other UI in the game works fine. Just this one's broken.
