Nothing comes near to SL-extended-20170402.zip when one wants to build a elegant factory with ease from scratch

what am i looking at exactly? it looks like a pre-made factory to me but that CAN'T be it, can it?

Its not pre build but it gives one excellent tools to build the factory much faster and convenient.
Just try a new one from scratch and you shall see
