[0.14.22] When holding blueprint can't remove item

When holding a blueprint in your hand, you can't remove an item whats in the way, for example a powerpole. When you have an item in your hand, your able to remove the powerpole.

then i would like to see, that you can remove the item. With all other items in hand, your able to remove an placed item, so the blueprint seems out of line here.

Because the blueprint is not "every other item". It's special in that it's a ton of different entities with configurations already set and wires strung between entities + tiles and modules.
