Can't host server

Me and my friend have been playing through Factorio for a while now, everything has been fine until now. He left the game to go somewhere and I needed to end the server and set it back up for him to be able to join again, then when I try to launch the server It says "Couldn't parse the response from the auth server. This seems to be an internal server error." I can load the world on single player but can't host it. Please help.
