what do we do when 0.15 happens?

do we get a notification in steam? if i was on latest beta in the past, do i get the latest automatically or do i nee to manually set it?

All people on steam will go to 0.14.22 as some are running 0.13.xx . the 0.15.0 will as all ways be an opt in to test it.

If any of you guys get kicked outta your home when 0.15 happens or you just want to meet people to play with I can rent out the the top 3 shelves of my utility closet. Enough room to stretch your legs and shared DSL.

I don't think my wife would kick me out for playing too much Factorio. Although she might threaten it if I don't shower for a couple of days.

First thought is OMG BEST DAY OF MY LIFE, then I realize I have to wait some more weeks before all the mods in my game are updated to 0.15
Maybe that's a good point to start a new game. But first load my current game without the outdated mods and save my most ingeniously design production parts as a blueprint for my new factory.
And there's something I need to do before 0.15 comes out. I have a room in my house where I keep all my stuff that I don't need at the moment but may or may not need in the future, or I feel attached to it for some reason. Over the years it has become too much so I need to sort it out and get rid of some of it so I can actually find usable stuff when I need it. For now it was something I know I needed to at some point but not now because there's something else more important (or more fun, which it is most of the times). This week I realized that I should at least try to do this before 0.15, so I can play Factorio without feeling guilty that I didn't that other thing first that I needed to do.
Maybe I can motivate some others to do that important but boring task that you have been putting away for long enough by sharing this
