load game from replays

in replays have an option to play from here
eg you play so far back thru a game and think hmm i know i could have done this differently from this point... pause it and click play from here it .. and bam your playing as if you loaded a save at that point ?
maybe even a rewind like the back button on forza motorsport during gameplay in single player sometimes id rather just load up a game than picking up a mess lol.... i would suggest to also have an option to disable this ... and maybe an option for perma death too for the hard core gamers so delete save on death and the replay is read only with no loading options ?
when i first saw that there was a save function in the replay esc i thought ohh cool but it doesnt .. hence my suggestion
