[14.22] Train doesn't enter the station

Train is waiting before the station even though there's a free bay. Both bays share station name.
Setup:
1) train station with two bays and one entrance guarded by chain signal
2) send two trains to the station
3) send 3rd train to the station. It should stop on chain signal, it's pathed to one of two bays.
4) train from other bay leaves, the one waiting waits until "his" bay gets free.
I feel like I've seen this one before...

Basically your train is stubborn and only wants to go to the first train station. Chances are that both stations were occupied when this train arrived and got stuck at this red light. Trains only try to reroute when they pass a signal, so your train is stuck waiting for this particular station to be free. Some solutions are given on the topic I linked.
I hope trains behavior will be more optimized before final release, but so far this is "by design".
