[Rseding91] [14.22] Missing progress bars w/ many module slots

When you have too many module slots in a mining drill, you cannot see the progress bar or the productivity bar.

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next version of 0.15.

That's essentially what it was for: simulating v0.15 infinite mining productivity for Colonelwill and Xterminator's v0.15 sim playthrough.
