Toggle On/Off Stack Bonus

For Some comlex Logic circuit the stack bonus of inserters are a big problem, so it will be nice, if we get an on / off button for the stack bonus for inserters

The game is still in alpha. Many of the things mentioned(train contents reading, basic train control, ability to set the stack size of an inserter) are done or to be done for 0.15.
