Is it possible?

On Steam?

I own the steam Version but I mean the ingame achivements .

You can try to go to %appdata%\Factorio and delete achievements.dat, but they should sync back from Steam.

Just install a mod ANY. That will make a new file achievements-modded.dat that file are not synced with steam as achievements.dat do.

So when you want to reset those achievements ingame just delete that achievements-modded.dat.
