[14.22] Unable to type in console when dead.

i was being griefed in my own server and coudnt type while dead. they just kept filling the spot i came back to with flames and had a wall around me. why cant i type while dead?

Probably before 2071. But I don't know. I'm not the one who gets to say when it's released.
