Trees marked for deconstruction even if miner not valid

When a blueprint with a miner is shift-clicked on forest, the forest is deconstructed even if the miner can't be placed.

Some people have called this a feature but the deconstruction planner on it's own will mark trees for deconstruction just fine. In terms of bot behavior it's inconsistent, though; bots should only be removing trees if they're in the way of something they want to construct. If I plop down a massive blueprint with lots of miners, the bots should only worry about clearing enough space for the miners that are placeable.

Honestly it's a pretty minor issue for most people... but I'm playing with automatic blueprint placement through mods and this behavior is screwing things up :).

Changing it wouldn't give any gameplay benefit and it's not currently harming anything by working the way it does now. Additionally it would take extra checks that would just waste processing time when building blueprints to change how it works.

So, I'm going to leave it be and call it an unintended feature.

Fair enough.
