[0.14.22] Frequent disconnects in multiplayer

Hi,

I've been having fairly frequent disconnects when I attempt to join my friends Factorio game. We're using either the in game searcher or Steam to connect. I have another friend who has no problems connecting smoothly. If I attempt to host the server both my friends frequently drop. I've attached a log from the last attempt.

I suspect these are the most relevant lines:

There is not much anyone can do but tell you to get a better connection.
