In the lower right corner of my screenshot the issue is visible, The weapons and armor hud Goes over the performance hud.
Very frustrating when I'm trying to see if the steam engines are capable.
Just place a steam engine, provide it with hot water and something to draw power and you can't see the stats anymore.

I would argue that this is one of the issues without a correct method, someone will always want the other UI part in front, and this particular problem requires you to have quite low resolution to occur. You should be able to circumvent it by lowering the UI-scaling btw.

Nowhere is stated the optimal screen resolution though, my screen resolution is 1366x768 btw.
