I consider that the person who well knows English and knows specific expressions in on industrial and industrial subject can be engaged in this translation, I provide it the right to you because, frankly speaking, I have no time to be engaged in it so far

There are two ways to upload a translation.
The first is to upload a compressed file to this page,
Secondly, there is a way to upload to github.

You can do it in a convenient way.

At first I will finish the translation. I have translation for the previous versions. Then I will send on to check to aklesey1. After that there will be a ru locale.I think it will take 3-5 days.
To write all remarks on the translation here.
Rus: Постараемся сделать адекватный перевод, через 3-5 дней будет пробная версия.

Hello Can not you make it where you can use it for plain factorio without Angel's mods where you can use it for everything?

The german translation for "Chlorin Gas" should be "Chlor" or "Chlorgas" not "Chlorine".
