[0.14.21] UI elements invisible, game broken (Resolved)

I installed a bunch of mods, namely Bob's and Angel's as well as some small ones, and now my UI in the menus is invisible (the buttons) and in the game I can't do anything except pause and it looks like the textures never loaded in. This problem has persisted through a reinstallation, disabling all mods, then deleting all mods.
EDIT: Should have read the forums more. I forgot that I played before upgrading my graphics card. --max-texture-size=16384 did the trick.
