Slow down capsule only slow down units. could I suggest they also slow down players? Even if you threw it.

This could be a very interestIng part of pvp.

Are you suggesting that the slowdown capsule should always slow down the player who threw it or only if the player doesn't throw it far enough away?

I don't use slowdown capsules very often and I guess I would never use them at all if they had the additional disadvantage that they would slow me down whenever I use them.

However, I am only talking about PvE. I've never tried PvP, so I can't tell if it would be meaningful or not.
