Consumes express(blue) belt with iron and fast(red) belt with copper. Produces roughly 86-88 packs per min.

Item requirements
Memory cell counts difference between production - consumption of science packs. Details here: viewtopic.php?f=193&t=40195
Tracking production-consumption
Used rainbow mixer to place all science packs on 1 belt. Details here: viewtopic.php?f=202&t=39203, viewtopic.php?f=193&t=28414
Buffers and mixers
Iron consumption tracking
Production graph 10 min
Production graph 1 min
Cons: Spiky. It's working like productivity modules. Non-linear approach with splitters gives smooth graph with ratio 1:1:1 production. But when consumption is taken into consideration, then this approach is working more effectively. Details for non-linear approach: viewtopic.php?f=202&t=39537
Blueprint string
P.S. Please feel free to make suggestions towards improvement of this build. I would be happy if you would share a better solution for autobalancing. For now it's a bit spiky, but with each update it's getting smoother and more effective.

Thanks for pointing to lack of buffers and some overproduction blocking issues. Now it's working much better than previous version. 81 per min vs 87 per min.
Also I've added productivity modules to some assembling machines. It made the ability to consume fully compressed red copper belt. Before input copper belt was blue.
Added some tweaks of controlling balance between ingredients for the bottles to reduce delay and improve consumption.

Hello. Do you have new schemes for the new version of Factorio 15?
