I recently updated from 0.11.22 to 0.14.21 and most of the entity icons are missing. Entities like construction robots, big trees, and the icon that shows the contents of a chest are white squares. I looked into the graphics folder and the entities that are missing icons have no icons in their folder. For example the Big Tree folder (Factorio\data\base\graphics\entity\big-tree) is empty. I updated using the updater in the game. I play on the offline version, not the steam version. I do not have a steam account.
Before updating 0.11.22 worked fine.
I also updated from 0.12.33 and had the same issue.

It looks like the updater failed to actually update.

Just download it off the website (the zip) and it should work fine.

I reinstalled with the windows .exe installer and it has the same issues.
