Help? Inserters not picking up transport belts

Im trying to make green science vials automatically and i set it up and it worked... until it didnt. I dont know why it stopped. I added 16 solar panels to my power production and that didnt help either. Ive tried using other types of inserters, sending the inserters and transport vials on seperate lines, and have even rebuil the entire portion of the system but it still doesnt work! Please help! I am only a simple noob.

I only see inserters and iron plates on the line for green flasks, When I think what you want is inserters and transport belt.
Also the bottom 2 inserters may be facing the wrong way after the initial problem is fixed.
