I'm not sure what the conditions are to produce this error as it seems to be quasi random.
This savegame does allow me to reproduce it almost every time.

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for 0.10.1. This could have happened for instance when repairing a moving object and in the process pressed Q (discard item from hand).
