Looking for Smoovious

This might be a weird request...
I met and befriended a user named Smoovious about 4 or 5 months ago. He is actually a member of my Rocket League team, and team discord server of course, and I spoke to him almost daily for months.
Around December 3 of 2016 he vanished. His steam account has shown him "In Game" in Factorio 24/7 ever since...
I don't know his real name or city he lives in (I know the state...) and I am concerned that something happened to him. If he's ill or something I'd like to see if what I could do and if it's worse than that, I guess I just want to know to solve the mystery...
