Lights on but no Lighting [14.21]

I just noticed that the Lights are turning white at night, but they are now not producing any lighting surrounding them. I'm running a fresh map at 14.21. i closed the game and load it it back up, but there is still the issue.

Are the lights circuit connected? Do you use mods? Post the save.

No mods, or circuits, just simple power. It seems it fixed itself after some time, they are working normally again.
