Is there a mod that lets me, i dont shit click to craft a specific amount of items. Instead of having to right click by fives and left clikc for ones?

Well im not sure about the shit clicking
.. but the other things are configurable in the control options.
No need for a mod.

I don't really understand your request...
Left Click = craft 1
Right Click = craft 5
SHIFT + Left Click = craft all (use all available ingredients to craft as many as possible)
These are already the default settings.
You can change them in Options > Controls > Crafting
