Rail ghosts can not be placed on rail ghosts of other forces

Rails refuse to blueprint ghost place (Shift + Click) on tiles that are blueprinted by another team. From what I can tell, no other items entity has this issue.
Rails should blueprint ghost place the same way other items entities do.

Rails don't distinguish between forces so they don't care what force the other ghost is.

I disagree with the conclusion. If I can't put ghost rails down because another force has ghost rails down, and I can't delete their ghost - this should be a bug.
Ghosts are not physical and do have a force component, therefore they shouldn't affect the other teams in any way. Additionally, Rails have a force component, as rails cannot be mined by a separate team to those that placed them.

Yes they are and yes they do.
It's simply setup that you can't see ghosts of other forces.

Is that setup really useful? IMHO no. If that's not been fixed yet I recommend that now.

I would suggest allowing ghosts of different forces to either inhabit the same space on the map (overlap each other) or for one force to be able to overwrite another's ghosts. If you're trying to lay down ghost rails to plan out a railway (for the current example), it can be rather confusing that the game is telling you you can't place this (ghost) track here, even though to human eyes it is perfectly valid.
