new tech tier and extended buildings

after some work, the first presentation of my mod: the TechTier5Extension Mod

new resources:
- gold ingot from gold ore
- aluminium ingot form bauxite
- silicion ingot from aluminium ingot and tin ore (later sand)
- microprocessor from silicium-ignot, sulfuric-acid, plastic-bar and gold-ignot new tech tier:
yellow tech packs produce with processing-unit, electric-engine-unit, express-transport-belt and small-pump new extended, researchable buildings:
- brigther lamps - extended roboports - one with a larger construction area, the other with a larger logistic area
- larger radar
- new version for solar plant and accumulator
ToDos:
Sand: at the moment i used tin instead of sand to produce silicium. I want replace it with a sand
ressource, that can be found only in the desert
- new technology for microprocessor
- larger and slower train wagons
- extended equipment (shields, battery, exoskeleton...)
- the solar panel produce more energy in the desert and less in the other areas
- test compatibility to other mods
- more descriptions
- produce silicion in an other machine
