0.9.8 Lab's Will not research

I was doing the campaign and my research facilities just stopped... and there is a research selected as well. I also checked my power I have plenty.

They stopped because they don't have red research vials, which are also needed to do the research.

*Facepalm* I had other facilities processing red research i thought that would do it lol
